At Swank Genetics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth experience when ordering from us.
Due to the nature of collectible seed products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order caused by us.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
We do not accept returns on opened seed packs, used products, or items damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened seed packs
- Promotional or free items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at {email address} with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Refund processing times may vary by financial institution
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item was sent.

No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
